Denis Hickey, Director of Development for THE LINE, brings over 25 years of experience in real estate development, investment and construction. Known for his ability to manage complex projects from start to finish, he currently oversees NEOM’s flagship project in Saudi Arabia. In addition to his real estate skills, Denis is also an expert in African and contemporary arts, with a deep understanding of global cultural and artistic trends. This expertise allows him to integrate unique artistic and cultural elements into the projects he leads. Prior to joining NEOM in 2023, Denis held senior management positions including at Lendlease and ING Real Estate, overseeing multi-billion dollar projects.
